DVSA EARNED RECOGNITION

In 2022 Explore was awarded ‘Earned Recognition’ status by the DVSA, making us amongst the very first operators in the UK to achieve the status. The DVSA Earned Recognition scheme is a voluntary scheme, and only available to operators who can demonstrate a strong track record of compliance and adherence to standards. Operators must be able to show that they have robust systems and processes that promote effective and proactive transport management. 

FORS GOLD 

Explore strives to be at the forefront of the industry, becoming a driving force for change in the standards of safety and service. We have achieved FORS Gold accreditation every year across our whole fleet, in all of our depots and with our key team members becoming FORS practitioners. 

FORS Gold accreditation is not just a label, it is the benchmark of safety and service standards. Choosing FORS Gold means choosing to share the same values and good practices when it comes to road safety, sustainability and corporate social responsibility. 

FORS CHAMPION 

In 2022 Explore Transport & Rail became a FORS Champion, which means that we prioritise using suppliers that support the same values as our own, championing safety and service to support our customers.

We are ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 accredited and always endeavour to satisfy our clients’ requirements and get things right first time. Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our dedicated Transport and Hire Desks are focused on delivering exceptional customer service and are always on hand to provide expert advice.

POS Accreditation 

As a POS accredited provider, Explore is fully approved to deliver safe, compliant and professionally managed on-track plant operations within the UK rail industry, demonstrating that our people, processes and machinery all meet the stringentrequirements set out by Network Rail for operating plant on, or near the line.
